2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on MileStack's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: modify or copy the materials, use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display; attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on MileStack's website.

4. AI Credits and Usage
AI credits are used to access our AI-powered features. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing and usage limits at any time with reasonable notice. Excessive usage may result in temporary or permanent suspension of services.
5. Intellectual Property
The materials on MileStack's website are protected by copyright and trademark laws. These materials include, but are not limited to, the design, text, graphics, and their arrangement. Unauthorized use of these materials may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
6. Limitations
MileStack has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by MileStack of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
